We provided all audio and visual for the 2015 Best of Lake Minnetonka awards put together by Tiger Oak Publishing and held at the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach, MN. On this set up we used our 7.5×10 truss style screen, black drape behind the stage, 4 K10 speakers, and 2 40″ LCD TVs on rolling stands.

Here’s a recent set up we did at the Park Plaza in Bloomington. Two of our 7.5×10 Truss Style screens, four k10 speakers, two 5k projectors, grey pipe and drape, and six uplights were used.

We provided all AV for Minnesota Business Magazine’s 2015 Community Impact Awards. For this event we used our frosted podium, 8 stage decks with 24″ steps, Line Array speakers, custom GOBOs, ADJ uplights, and our 7k projector on a 10′ stick of truss. The event was held at Aria in Downtown Minneapolis.
Here’s a set up we did for North Hennepin Community College at the Edinburgh Golf Club in Brooklyn Park, MN. Four Speakers, Two 9′ truss towers with 8 ETC Source-4 lights for stage wash, 16′ of grey pipe and drape with 8 uplights for backwash, and a frosted podium.
We recently did a set up for The Rainmaking Revolution, a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) business aimed at enhancing the social media/marketing skills of local attorneys. The event was held at Windows On Minnesota event space located on the 50th floor of the IDS Center. We used our truss style 7.5×10 Screen, two speakers, 10′ truss tower with four ETC S4 lights for stage wash, and our Panasonic HD Camera to record the event.
We provided all audio and visual for Wingspans 2015 The Power of Love Gala held at the Marriott Northwest. Both of our 7.5×10 truss style screens were used along with 8 of our ETC S4s for the stage wash. Also used was our white muslin backdrop with 10 of our battery powered uplights, Line array speakers and subs, Choir mics, Behringer X32 digital mixer, frosted podium, and our Panasonic HD Camera on a spider pod stand.
We recently had a set up with the MN Chamber of Commerce for their Women in Business event held at Hotel 340 in downtown St. Paul. For this event we got to use our brand new White Spandex drape which can be molded into different shapes. We lit it up with 10 of ADJ uplights. We also used two of our 55′ flat screen LCD TVs on two 13′ truss towers. At the back of the room we mounted two ETC S4 lights to a 15′ truss tower to light the stage and frosted podium.
AV For You is once again taking part in the annual Uptown Art Fair. We have two truss towers equipped with 55″ TVs and Cameras to capture a live cooking exhibition taking place in front of Kitchen Window. Stop by this weekend and check it out!
We recently did a set-up for Jigsaw Unlimited at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. We used 7K HD projectors rigged to ceiling along with grey drape and line array speakers. 6 k10s as floor monitors and a full band microphone setup.
This past weekend we did a small PA setup at the Nicollet Island Pavilion for a Wedding Ceremony. We used two Line Array Speakers, a mixer, a wireless handheld microphone, and a direct box for a keyboard.
We provided all AV for an event which featured U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar. We used our brand new 5.75×10 screens, 7k projectors, frosted podium, Panasonic HD camera, spider pod, black pipe & drape, and 4 of our EV speakers. The event was held at the Radission Blu in Downtown Minneapolis
We had the honor of providing all AV for Minnesota Magazine & Publishing Association’s annual Excellence Awards. We used two of our new widescreen 6.75×12 screens, two 5k projectors, six total speakers, flexi/goose neck mics, ETC S4s to light the stage, black pipe & drape, and our frosted podium. This event was held at Aria in downtown Minneapolis.
We proudly provided all AV for a Girls on the Run Twin Cities luncheon held at Aria in downtown Minneapolis. We rigged our 16×9 screen above the stage. For audio we used six line array speakers, and podium mics. On stage was our frosted podium.
Our 8′ tripod screen, 3K projector, K10 speakers, and Lavalier microphone was used for a setup at the Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN
We provided audio and uplighting for an event at the IDS Center. Our Line Array speakers, wireless mic, and our battery powered ADJ uplights, set to blue, were used. Black pipe and drape was also used.
We provided audio for a wedding at the MN Boat Club located on Raspberry Island in downtown St. Paul. Two of our JBL Line Array speakers were used along with a Countryman over-the-ear mic, and a wired mic.
We provided audio for a Luther College Picnic at William Berry Park, just down the street from the Lake Harriet Bandshell, in Minneapolis. Our 6 JBL Line Array Tops were used along with a wired mic, stage decks, and two generators for power.
Two of our K10 Speakers, wired mic, and mixer were used for a event at the Walker Art Center this past weekend.
